Plan it from your client area, under Account Information → Move. Enter your move-out and move-in dates, plus a technician slot if you need one. Bring your oxio equipment with you, and if there's more than a 48-hour gap between addresses, your bill adjusts automatically so you're not paying for days you didn't have service.
